Digital Solutions Lead

Driving digital initiatives for the Automotive Refinish team, the full-time salaried Digital Solutions Lead will manage Refinity operations, support the implementation of digital solutions, and enhance customer experience while working remotely or from Southfield, MI. Key responsibilities Act as a lead for driving digital solutions with customers and sales teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed on progress Manage Refinity operations, including user access, onboarding, training, and data maintenance Provide technical and operational support for field teams, partners, and customers, while developing training resources for user engagement Required qualifications Solid educational background and relevant experience in the collision repair industry or closely related automotive sector Proven experience in marketing, product management, and/or sales and distribution Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and preferably Power BI Strategic thinking ability with experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes Strong understanding of digital processes and their application within business and operational environments
