Job Summary: This position provides school billing, customer service, and general accounting support to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: CCA School Accounts Collections (Proverbs 16:3) Accounts payable for CCA (1 Peter 4:10) Record all school billing totals from school billing system into accounting system and reconcile balances Bill tuition for aftercare and other school fees (1 Corinthians 14:40) Respond to all parent and school staff inquires Issue refund checks (James 2:18) Enter student changes as authorized Support the CCA Supervisor with special projects, as needed (1 Chronicles 29:17) Other duties as assigned by Supervisor (Colossians 3:23) Job Skills & Competencies: Customer Service background preferred.
