Warehouse Operator - 2nd ShiftSHIFT: 2nd Shift - 2:00PM to 10:30PM PAY: $22.25 plus $1 shift differentialIn this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehouse team, supporting the safe and efficient movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods. You will gain skills and experience in receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, loading and unloading trailers, and operating warehouse equipment to ensure product is accurately stored and delivered to customers. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.This role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.Key Responsibilities:Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and othersReceives, stores, moves, and ships materials and finished products safely and accuratelyLoads and unloads trucks while following all warehouse and safety proceduresOperates forklifts and other material handling equipment as trained and authorizedAssists with inventory control activities including cycle counts and product trackingAble to multi-task and keep up with operational demands in a fast-paced environmentEnsures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during warehouse operationsMaintains cleanliness and organization of work areaCollaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignmentsOther duties as assignedRequired Experience and Skills:Must be 18 years or older1 year or more of work experience in any industryBasic computer and math skillsAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshootStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectfulPreferred Experience:1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing experienceForklift experiencePhysical Requirements:Able to lift/carry up to 50 poundsFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are presentAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
