!!ONSITE 3 DAYS A WEEK!! Job Description Agile Delivery Lead Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive and scale agile delivery within a growing SaaS organization. This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure consistent, predictable delivery while aligning priorities and improving overall execution. This role goes beyond facilitation, focusing on end-to-end delivery ownership and cross-team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead and own end-to-end agile delivery across multiple product and engineering teams Drive delivery execution, timelines, and accountability to ensure on-time, high-quality releases Facilitate key agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) while focusing on outcomes Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, release progress) to leadership Coordinate program-level planning and stakeholder communication Establish and reinforce scalable agile frameworks and delivery best practices Continuously improve delivery processes, team performance, and operational efficiency Qualifications: Proven experience leading agile delivery across multiple teams in a SaaS or technology environment Background in roles such as Agile Delivery Lead, Technical Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Senior Scrum Master Strong understanding of modern product delivery and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, and complex delivery environments Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, and business team 7325 #J-18808-Ljbffr Concero
