You will… Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and other home service products; Complete all required service-related documentation; Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, etc.; Safely operate a company vehicle, including larger capacity box trucks. …And serve as a key member of the branch team! Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience Valid driver\'s license must be maintained through life of employment Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen. Physical Demands / Working Environment Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands Install encapsulation in low light conditions Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
