Residence Life Lead: Area Coordinator & Case Manager

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts is seeking an Area Coordinator-50% and Case Manager-50% to lead residence life efforts on campus. You will supervise para-professional student staff, coordinate RA programs, and support student well-being and persistence. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 1–3 years in Residence Life.
