Responsibilities Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual patient care, meeting volume targets. Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service. Document patient interactions accurately and promptly. Develop diagnoses, recommend treatments, and educate patients on care plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications responsibly. Follow clinical guidelines, participate in meetings, and complete mandatory training. Support onboarding and training of new employees, fostering a positive work environment. Maintain compliance with licensing, DEA registration, and other credentialing requirements. Engage in community outreach and uphold company core values. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; telehealth experience is a plus.
