We are seeking a motivated, high-energy automotive sales consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle buying journeyfrom the initial greeting and vehicle demonstration to negotiation and final delivery. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Greet showroom walk-ins, respond promptly to internet leads, and handle inbound sales calls.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep needs-assessments to match customers with the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, technology packages, and competitor models.
• Test Drives: Conduct safe, informative test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and safety features.
• Deal Structuring: Present transparent pricing worksheets, trade-in valuations, and basic financing options.
• CRM Tracking: Meticulously document all customer interactions and follow-ups within our CRM system.
• Vehicle Delivery: Coordinate detailing, fuel delivery, and a thorough final walkthrough of features before the customer drives home.
• Relationship Building: Execute post-sale follow-ups to secure repeat business, referrals, and 5-star online reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (automotive retail is a plus, but not required).
• Licensing: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean, insurable driving record.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• Availability: Flexibility to work standard dealership hours, including Saturdays and evening shifts.
• Tech Literacy: Comfort using CRM software, inventory systems, and basic digital communication tools.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard pre-employment background check and drug screening.
