Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in West Liberty, OH. This role is in a skilled nursing facility and involves providing patient-centered occupational therapy services consistent with facility and regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing OT services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Documentation proficiency with electronic health record systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL retraining, splinting, and adaptive equipment assessment preferred.
