Job Description Overview: We are currently looking for two new Outside SalesRepresentatives with at least two years of in-home sales experiencewho can do one call closes at our customers' homes. In this role,you will meet with homeowners interested in water filtration systemsand who have requested a free in-home consultation. We provide 1-3appointments per day with motivated buyers already pre-screened byour inside sales team and ready to purchase. Your primaryresponsibility is to demonstrate the value of our products andservices and close the deal. With a company-wide average closingratio of 52%, these leads are HOT with hungry customers wanting tobuy. Our Top reps are making $15k+ a month! Requirements What we are looking for: At least 2 years of in-home sales experience. Strong closing mentality with a playbook of closes to cycle through. Friendly, positive attitude with adesire to make $$$ (Top Reps makes $15k+ a month!) Reliable transportation. Comfortable driving long distancesto meet with clients. Compensation : Draw + Commissions (Our lowest-paid salesrep makes over $75k per year) Insurance : Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurancecoverage provided after 60 days.
