Job Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of production and manufacturing tasks to support daily operations while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Measure and verify products as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
