Travel RN ICU

This position is for a Travel RN in the ICU. The role requires a dynamic and dedicated nurse with critical care experience. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a challenging environment. Patient ratios in the unit are typically 2:1. The unit has 36 beds in the CCU and 30 in the Burn Trauma ICU. Central lines, arterial lines, thoracotomies, bedside tracheostomies, and chest tube insertions are common procedures performed. A supervisor will be present on every shift. You may be required to float to other areas as needed. Documentation is completed using a specific system. Every other weekend is required in the schedule. Candidates should have experience with the following: Meditech (preferred), TNCC, CCRN, TCRN. Dress code requirements include: Royal blue scrubs for RNs. Nail policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails or gel. Hair should be neat and clean, pulled back if shoulder length or longer. Tattoos should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are not permitted.
