Lead Direct Support Professional

Seven Hills Foundation

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. The role involves providing daily residential support, teaching life skills, and implementing care plans with a mission-driven team. You will work Sunday 3p-11p, Friday 3p-11p, Saturday 9a-11p plus monthly staff meetings, with various pay differentials by location (Cape, Martha’s Vineyard, Franklin Street) and MAP certification bonuses where #J-18808-Ljbffr
