This role is responsible for ensuring the successful design and delivery of learning experiences for Global Professional Services, and supporting initiatives related to talent development and thought leadership content. A trusted advisor to the business, the Learning Experience Designer draws on deep program design/facilitation skills and solid business acumen to develop innovative learning and development experiences that produce measurable impact and support the talent pipeline of a fast-paced, high-growth company. Communication and organizational skills are core to this role.
