Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a dedicated caseload by establishing rapport and maintaining positive working relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, and to evaluate the appropriateness of discharge plans. \n
- Develop, implement, and maintain person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n
- Ensure accurate documentation and progress notes for every client interaction, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. \n
- Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and identify mental health needs. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions regularly, employing various therapeutic techniques that align with best practices. \n
- Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to review cases and refine clinical skills. \n
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights on client progress. \n

- A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and unrestricted Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), must be in active practice. \n

- Proficiency in using various computer systems and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY. \n
- Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. \n
- Comfort with conducting intake assessments and gathering relevant health information. \n

- Prior experience in a telehealth environment or familiarity with remote counseling practices is a plus. \n
- Additional certifications or specialized training in therapeutic modalities relevant to diverse populations. \n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
