The role requires a sharp eye for detail while monitoring multiple screens and detecting potential threats before they arise. The position is based in Berkeley Heights, NJ. What’s in it for you Schedule 1 – Saturday – Monday 7am‑3pm & Wednesday 11pm‑7am. Schedule 2 – Friday & Saturday 10pm‑6am / Tuesday‑Thursday 11pm‑7am. Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports. Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats. Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety. Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities. Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions. Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies. Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a valid NJ SORA license. Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED. Pass an extensive screening process. Strong report writing skills. Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration. Strong proficiency with technology. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous. State license required if applicable. Employment Conditions Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
