Evening IT Support Desk Technician (Onsite)
The 20 MSP
The 20 MSP is seeking an After-Hours Support Desk Technician to provide on-site, in-office support for clients nationwide from Cedar Rapids, IA. Expect a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift and hands-on troubleshooting across desktop issues, VPN, and basic server support.
The ideal candidate holds IT fundamentals, A+ certifications, and 1+ year help desk experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
