Job Description: This person will start on 83,000 sq ft ambulatory center project

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, preconstruction, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and design intent.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal partners throughout the design and construction process to promote teamwork, effective problem-solving, and alignment with project objectives.
• Direct and support the design team in developing conceptual budgets and leading design value engineering efforts, balancing creativity and constructability to achieve cost-effective, high-performing solutions.
• Develop, manage, and regularly update comprehensive project schedules, establishing milestone dates and ensuring all activities comply with contract requirements, client expectations, and company priorities.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize accurate project documentation, including scopes of work, contracts, purchase orders, reports, and budget updates, to support clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and change management processes to drive strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Partner closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the project is constructed safely, stays on schedule, remains within budget, and meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Lead regular project meetings with internal teams, trade partners, and clients to maintain alignment, reinforce clear communication, and ensure shared accountability for project outcomes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Medical project experience, including work with MRI suites, X-ray rooms, operating rooms, and other specialized healthcare environments.
• Experience with new construction projects, including ground-up builds and complex facility development.
• Familiarity with the unique requirements and constraints of medical and healthcare construction, such as specialized equipment coordination and technical infrastructure.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chillicothe, OH.

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $65.00/hr.
