Qualifications Manufacturer-trained and/or ASE Certified with a proven record of accomplishment of excellence in vehicle repair and customer service. Proficient in productivity standards based on flag hour principles, with a focus on operational efficiency while maintaining high‑quality standards. Effective communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information to customers clearly and understandably. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to mentoring and developing apprentice and junior technicians.
