Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end global supply strategy to guarantee material availability for expanding customer needs.

• Directly oversee the Supply Chain department, fostering a culture of high performance and strict accountability.

• Cultivate and negotiate high-value partnerships with both domestic and overseas manufacturers to secure optimal pricing and contract terms.

• Implement rigorous vendor quality protocols and conduct on-site facility audits to ensure consistency across the supply base.

• Design and execute risk-mitigation plans, including the development of secondary sourcing channels to prevent disruptions.

• Synchronize procurement cycles with Sales and Operations forecasts to maintain lean but effective inventory levels.

• Analyze global market trends and logistics lead times to proactively adjust purchasing schedules.

• Modernize supply chain tracking by utilizing ERP data and performance scorecards to drive continuous operational improvement.

• Serve as the primary liaison for international business relations, navigating diverse cultural and market landscapes.
