Staff Development Training Facilitator

Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience Shift: 1st Shift, 8am-4:30pm M-F In this role, you will: Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, annual trainings, and ongoing staff development programs. Support and maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, and safety training programs. Partner with subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement training opportunities across the organization. Manage training records and learning management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve employee learning and development. Provide hands‑on support to employees and facilitators by scheduling, coordinating, and delivering training sessions. Utilize technology, virtual learning platforms, and multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences.
