That's where you come in.We're looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to shape our product integration tool, SoundClear Studio. You'll develop a deep understanding of Cirrus Logic chips and design rich, intuitive GUIs that help customers integrate those products into their own devices. You'll join a team that invests in your growth, encourages experimentation, and treats every project as a chance to sharpen your craft.What you'll doLead the design of complex software applications from concept to deliveryUncover user needs and tooling requirements through user research and interviewsTurn ambiguous requests into concrete, actionable design solutionsBring ideas to life with prototypes and design artifacts Gather stakeholder feedback through iterative design and usability testingCollaborate with developers to maintain design intent throughout the implementation processFacilitate workshops that help teams explore problems, surface pain points, and align on directionWhat you'll bring Proven experience as a User Experience Designer on commercial productsA track record of designing software tools and solving complex design challengesConfidence conducting user research, iterative design, and usability testingAn eye for clean UI designThe ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at every levelComfort collaborating in an asynchronous teamMotivation to solve problems through creative thinkingExcellent written and verbal communicationNice to have A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of hands-on experienceBackground designing for semiconductor, engineering, or other technically complex industriesFamiliarity with Figma or similar design toolsApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.Export control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license.
