Overview The Curing Systems Product Leader is responsible for the commercial and operational aspects of the Curing Systems product lines, including marketing, sales support, product engineering, manufacturing, and project management. This role owns the strategic direction of the product lines, ensuring market positioning for growth and strengthening customer trust. Responsibilities Define and communicate the long‑term vision and strategy for the Curing Product Lines. Lead the curing systems team by prioritising initiatives, removing obstacles, and providing day‑to‑day guidance. Collaborate with the Service and Aftermarket department to supply necessary resources and support. Conduct regular market reviews, analyze trends and data to inform product line decisions. Plan and execute strategies for launching products into the market. Understand customer requirements to meet expectations. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design and development to testing and launch, supporting the service team beyond installation and commissioning. Collaborate across departments to deliver projects on time and within scope. Support Inside Sales with accurate quoting, Bill of Materials, and backlog management, including lead times and order coordination. Evaluate and set stocking levels and pricing for all curing offerings, including aftermarket parts and equipment. Implement testing and quality‑assurance practices to deliver reliable, user‑friendly products. Monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and identify improvement areas. Inform relevant parties about progress, changes, and upcoming releases. Lead innovation for the curing line in partnership with Engineering and R&D teams. Provide guidance and direct leadership to the Curing product line team members. Organise sessions to gather user insights and test product usability. Ensure product initiatives align with and advance the organization’s objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline. At least 2 years of product leadership or related experience in manufacturing or plant industries. Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and absorb diverse viewpoints. Excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for connecting with others. Judgement for making complex, difficult decisions and solving problems. Experience with market research and competitive analysis. Work Environment This is an office‑based position associated with a manufacturing facility, with travel to customer plants.
