Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sr. Manager to lead enterprise finance applications supporting Order-to-Cash processes for DePuy Synthes. The role combines strategic roadmap development with operational oversight of billing, revenue recognition, and receivables systems, managing both technology teams and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise finance application strategy and roadmap for Order-to-Cash processes
- Lead delivery, enhancement, integration, and support of order management, billing, and accounts receivable systems
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Manage application portfolio, priorities, and delivery backlog balancing business value and regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives including ERP modernization and system harmonization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 10+ years experience with finance systems, enterprise applications, or IT supporting finance processes
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue processing
- Experience leading enterprise finance applications and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
- Demonstrated ability to define application strategies, roadmaps, and delivery prioritization
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and matrixed teams
