Position Interventional Procedures Tech, Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Locations Evanston Glenview Naperville Hours & Schedule Full-time (40 hrs/week) Typically a 6:30am start On‑call: Yes Required travel: None Salary Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 – $54.79 (based on expertise and experience) Requirements Certifications (Required) : ARRT, IEMA Certifications (Preferred) : RCIS Education : 2‑year degree in an allied health field from an accredited school or equivalent CPR : BLS (issued by the American Heart Association), ACLS within 1 year Experience : Previous Cath Lab experience highly preferred Skills : Self‑motivation, technical skills Responsibilities Perform a variety of technical and clinical duties that require independent judgment as part of the laboratory team of technicians, nurses, and physicians performing diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures. Monitor cardiac rhythm, hemodynamic waveform and provide detailed documentation during routine and complex cardiology procedures. Provide monitoring during cardiogenic shock, acute MI, and cardiac arrest. Interpret EKG rhythm disorders and hemodynamic abnormalities. Become familiar with EKG and hemodynamic waveform recognition. Maintain responsibility for proper patient records and procedure logs. Charge and complete all required documentation for procedures.
