We're looking for an organized, client-focused Account Manager to join our high-performance remote team. If you're great at building trust, identifying opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships this role is your chance to grow professionally and financially.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build trust and rapport while managing accounts and maintaining satisfaction
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
Monitor account activity, resolve concerns, and ensure continued engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and retention
