We are seeking candidates who are eager to adopt and champion our mission and values.Pay Range:$15.99 - $18.55 Hourly Job Description:**Primary Objective of Position**Instruct and lead preschool, youth gymnastics programs in an exciting and safe atmosphere. Training is provided prior to program start dates and a curriculum is provided.**Major Areas of Responsibility**Instruct and assist with preschool and youth gymnastics programs in a safe environment.* Curriculum provided for part-time positions.* Training provided prior to program start.* Programs run September through May.* Programs are held on Saturdays.* Must be available to work **3 out of 4 Saturdays each month**.* No programs are held on holiday weekends. Essential Functions:* Plan, organize and direct activities for all ages in a recreation setting.* Provide support as needed for all participants and staff to create an inclusive environment.* Work as part of a team to ensure quality programs for all ages.* Follow staff policies and procedures.* Ensure all staff and participants follow the established policies and procedures.* Provide a safe, fun and appropriate experience of all participants.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Must have experience working with youth* Must have previous gymnastics or dance experience.* Must be 16 years of age by employment start date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
