Responsibilities Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations. Technical/Software Skills Ability to work a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). Performs functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components and performs aircraft systems troubleshooting and fault repair. Assesses and documents test or analysis data to show compliance. Identifies roadblocks and production constraints and escalates issues which cannot be resolved by the team using open and clear communication. Supports teammates to improve overall team performance by providing cross training and mentoring. Adheres to high standards of safety and compliance to regulation. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing. 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials. 1+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting. 1+ years of experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications. 1+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English. Physical Demands Ability to work a variable shift (1st, 2nd or 3rd). Ability to meet physical demands of the role such as flexion/extension (head bent down, head bent back), handling, kneeling, bending at the waist, reaching (overhead), rotation of head/neck, standing, twisting at the waist and walking, climbing/balancing (stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, inclined surfaces), crawling, crouching (squatting). Additional Information 8-10 Weeks of Training. Please note, these positions are variable shifts; contractors must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift dependent on business need.
