Senior Staff Accountant (NetSuite | PE Environment):

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Accountant to join a fast-paced, private equity-backed organization. This role requires strong NetSuite experience, excellent bank reconciliation skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, acquisition-driven environment.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Perform full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and financial reporting

- Prepare and review complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations

- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, controls, and workflow

- Serve as a NetSuite power user, including GL maintenance and reporting

- Support private equity reporting cadence and ad-hoc requests

- Assist with acquisition integration, including GL mapping and data migration

- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and external auditors

qualifications:

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

- Strong NetSuite experience required

- Experience in private equity-backed or fast-paced environments

- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and AP oversight

- Acquisition integration experience strongly preferred

- Advanced Excel skills

- CPA preferred but not required
