Responsible for providing high-level customer service, guiding prospects through our value‑pricing process, and closing vehicle sales. Learn on the job with comprehensive training and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Introduce customers to the Spitzer value‑price sales process and value statements. Conduct interviews at a comfortable pace to uncover preferences, needs, and buying motives. Present vehicles that meet customer needs and explore interests. Sell trade‑in evaluations, present financial proposals, address concerns, and secure orders. Execute the Spitzer delivery process and follow‑up post‑delivery to develop loyalty. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills. Professional, ethical, and respectful demeanor. Self‑starter and self‑motivated. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Proficient computer skills, including email. High‑school diploma or equivalent.
