What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support members with everyday financial transactions while creating a positive, professional, and memorable service experience. You’ll help members feel comfortable, ask and answer questions, identify solutions, and connect them with services that support their holistic financial well-being.

You will:

• Greet members warmly and create a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, and other transactions.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer with care and attention to detail.
• Answer member questions in person and by phone.
• Help members with account updates, service requests, and basic e-services support.
• Listen carefully, ask questions, problem-solve thoughtfully, and connect members with the right resources.
• Support fraud prevention by staying alert and following procedures.
• Share information about products and services that may benefit members.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused branch environment.
• Help keep the branch lobby and work areas organized, stocked, and ready to serve members.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, and excited to learn. The right candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good basic math skills.
• The ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers, business equipment, and related applications.
• A professional, reliable, and member-focused approach.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• The ability to pass a criminal background and bondability check.
