Assistant Program Manager Operations Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for leading complex projects and driving program success? In this role you will oversee critical engineering programs, ensuring they are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. You will combine strategic leadership, data‑driven decision‑making, and team coordination to deliver excellence in telecommunications engineering. Develop and implement program‑specific methodologies and tracking systems to monitor progress and resolve issues. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and achieve program objectives. Analyze and interpret complex data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance program outcomes. Maintain and organize program documentation while ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Utilize tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to present data insights and track performance metrics. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or 5+ years of related experience. Proficient in the use of hardware and software including PCs, tablets, IKE, ArcMap, O‑calc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google tools, etc. Advanced proficiency in assigned function (drafting, designing, make‑ready, geographic information systems, etc.). Authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and motor‑vehicle record check.
