Bilingual Evening Commercial (Office Cleaning) Manager

Key Responsibilities | Responsabilidades Principales: Comunicarse eficazmente con Limpiadores Generales, Técnico de piso, Supervisores y Gerentes. Capacitar al nuevo personal, incluidos Limpiadores Generales, Técnico de piso, Supervisores y Gerentes. Reentrenar al personal según sea necesario para mantener los estándares. Dar seguimiento a quejas y solicitudes mediante la aplicación del celular. Realizar inspecciones regulares a través de la aplicación del celular. Supervisar y responder a las ausencias del personal nocturno. Asegurar que todas las cuentas estén cubiertas según el horario, coordinándose con el equipo. Intervenir para realizar tareas de limpieza cuando sea necesario. Ayudar a resolver problemas de limpieza que excedan el presupuesto. Aprobar las tarjetas de tiempo del personal de manera precisa. Schedule | Horario Puesto de tiempo completo – Noches de semana: Por lo general, comience entre las 2-4pm todos los días y trabaje hasta que el trabajo esté terminado con el objective de estar fuera alrededor de las 10pm-12am. Trabajo de fin de semana según sea necesario para cubrir las vacantes. Bilingüe en inglés y español (requerido). Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y gestión del tiempo.
