HVAC Selling Technician

High-Earning Season | Warm Leads | Big Tickets | Career Growth

If you're an experienced HVAC professional who knows how to communicate, build trust, and guide homeowners to the right comfort solutions, this is your moment to TRADE UP.

Korte Does It All is entering the busiest season of the year — and we're looking for skilled HVAC Selling Technicians who want strong leads, high close rates, and uncapped earning potential. You'll walk into homes where customers already need help, already trust our brand, and are ready to make decisions.

This is the role for techs who want to use their HVAC knowledge to educate, advise, and close, not crawl through attics all day.

Why Experienced Techs Choose This Role

• You're working warm, high-intent leads
• You're helping customers solve real comfort problems
• You're selling quality systems, not pushing gimmicks
• You're backed by a trusted brand with strong demand
• You're paid for your communication, expertise, and professionalism

This is the perfect blend of technical knowledge + sales skill + high earning potential.

What You'll Earn

• Uncapped commission
• High-quality leads during peak season
• Strong average tickets
• A compensation structure designed for top performers

If you know HVAC and you know people, you can make serious money here.

Benefits

• Paid Time Off
• Company-paid holidays
• Health, Dental, Vision & Prescription plans
• Life Insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Ongoing training and professional development

What You'll Do

• Educate homeowners on new comfort systems and indoor air quality solutions
• Conduct in-home evaluations and present system options with confidence
• Build value through professional, consultative sales presentations
• Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs, concerns, and priorities
• Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines
• Obtain customer authorization and ensure all agreements are documented
• Follow up on site visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Communicate job details, financing, and scheduling with internal teams
• Provide installers with clear expectations, photos, and job requirements
• Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation
• Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood opportunities
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and technical refreshers

What You Bring

• 3+ years of sales experience (required)
• 1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred — field techs excel here)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends during peak season)
• Physical dexterity for light system evaluations
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening

If you've ever been the tech who customers naturally trust — the one who explains things clearly and helps them make the right decision — you'll thrive in this role.
