Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Radiology Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Radiologist and follow departmental protocols to ensure timely and accurate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic radiographic procedures and fluoroscopy.
• Conduct portable radiographic procedures and C-arm procedures.
• Provide imaging services in the operating room and other designated areas.
• Adhere to safety and procedural guidelines as mandated by the department.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Current state license as a general radiographer.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical environment is preferred.

Schedule

This position involves working four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Work Environment

The Imaging Department averages 325 patients daily, with approximately 100-120 patients undergoing X-ray in a typical day. The position may require floating to an outpatient imaging center.
