Administrative Assistant
Location:
Anaheim, CA
Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Pay Range : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

This role serves as the quality control checkpoint between Customer Service and Warehouse Operations, ensuring orders are accurate before they are released for fulfillment.

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and verify sales orders before warehouse release
• Verify product SKU, manufacturer, quantity, and unit of measure
• Validate customer pricing, discounts, and payment terms
• Confirm inventory availability and product allocation
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies before shipment
• Prevent duplicate orders and pricing errors
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Management teams
• Monitor and report operational issues and recurring errors

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, inventory control, logistics, distribution, or related operational roles
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, inventory systems, or order management software preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
