Physical Therapist - Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Wayne, NJ. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey state license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic is preferred.
• Willingness to work the posted clinic schedule including potential rotating Saturdays and flexible shift times.
• Open to new graduates and early-career clinicians for select larger clinics; 13-week mentorship program available for new graduates and clinicians with 1-2 years of experience.

Clinic Details

• Outpatient clinic setting in Wayne, NJ.
• Typical daily caseload: 18-20 patients per day.
• Productivity expectation: 1.8-2.2 patients per hour; up to 3 patients/hour during peak times.
• Support staff: full-time aides (generally 2 aides per 3 therapists; fewer at smaller clinics).
