13-Week Travel Assignment | Pediatric Hospital Setting | Tennessee
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a travel assignment at a respected pediatric healthcare facility. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and making a direct impact on medication safety, therapeutic outcomes, and patient care in an inpatient setting.
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process medication orders
- Evaluate medication therapies for appropriateness, safety, and effectiveness
- Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations to healthcare providers
- Monitor patient responses and identify potential adverse drug events
- Educate staff and patients regarding medications, interactions, and side effects
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, regulatory standards, and medication safety initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Pharmacist license required
- Minimum of two years of recent pharmacist experience
- Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
- Pediatric pharmacy experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel healthcare experience
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Three or more years of recent clinical pharmacy experience
