On-Call Hospice RN: Emergency Care & Support

Community Healthcare of Texas

Community Healthcare of Texas is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) On Call to provide emergency support and skilled visits during non-standard hours. The RN will ensure quality care through symptom management, participate in team conferences, and effectively communicate with patients and families. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse in Texas with at least 2 years of experience, including 6 months in an On-Call role. Preferred qualifications include crisis management and hospice or home health experience.
