As our Senior Brand Designer, you’ll own our visual identity end-to-end and set the standard for craft, beauty, and speed across every touchpoint. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our product, customers, and trajectory. Where you'll create impact You’ll own end-to-end design output across brand, marketing, digital, and product visuals You’ll build and deliver high-speed, high-quality creative assets across ads, landing pages, website, campaigns, motion graphics, and product-facing visuals You’ll collaborate with founders, product, engineering, and GTM to drive clarity, differentiation, and beauty at speed You’ll define, evolve, and scale DualEntry’s design system and visual identity You’ll solve complex visual and brand challenges with systems thinking and fast iteration You’ll deliver creative that directly influences customer perception, revenue, and product adoption What sets you up for success 6+ years of professional design experience across digital, brand, and motion Proven track record in high-growth environments Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, and 3D tools like Blender/Cinema4D Strong visual taste, craft, and attention to detail Ability to produce at high speed without sacrificing quality Hardcore work ethic and high agency Experience guiding and managing freelancers Bonus: SaaS or FinTech experience Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your work defines the brand and creative direction High-speed culture High-trust environment with high expectations Ambitious mission - ERP is one of the largest B2B software markets in the world ($220bn per year), this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build the next generation ERP in an industry that has not seen new entrants in 30+ years Equity: ~$40K Contract type: B2B Remote-first team — the fastest team you will have ever worked with Visa sponsorship provided plus relocation assistance to New York after 2 years Time Off: 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays Early-stage role with high autonomy and real long-term upside We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career - an archaic and huge industry like ERP only goes through a restructure like this once in a lifetime.
