We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.Why Join Us?Modern, kid-friendly facility designed for comfort and efficiencyCutting-edge technology combined with a compassionate care approachA supportive network that encourages growth into leadership rolesThe chance to make a meaningful impact on children's health and your own career journeySummary of Essential Job FunctionsWork chair-side with Orthodontist, perform patient care, and general laboratory dutiesPreparing and taking patient moldsChanging out rubber bands, wires, and bracketsAdjusting fit of clear aligners such as InvisalignTake and process dental radiographs (x-rays)Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipmentTeach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatmentProvide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment proceduresAt a GlanceCertifications Required: CDA or RDA.Additional Certifications: X-ray certification is a plus.Experience: No previous experience required but must have Dental Assistant certificationJob Type: Full-timeCompensation and ScheduleSalary: Starting at $17.00 depending on certifications. Additional increases for experienceBonus Pay: up to $300 additional per monthSchedule: On-site.
