Security team members earn a competitive wage of $15.00 per hour , based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of company property layouts and general knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers, including individuals requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information.
• Listen, speak, read, and write clearly to gather and document important information.
• Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Stay alert and use your hearing and vision to spot potential emergencies.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances across multiple properties.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Climb stairs quickly when required.
• Work effectively in extreme temperature conditions.

Required Experience:

• Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities. 
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and communicate using two-way radios.
