Security team members earn a competitive wage of $15.00 per hour , based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company property layouts and general knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers, including individuals requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information.
- Listen, speak, read, and write clearly to gather and document important information.
- Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
- Stay alert and use your hearing and vision to spot potential emergencies.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances across multiple properties.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Climb stairs quickly when required.
- Work effectively in extreme temperature conditions.
Required Experience:
- Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities.
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate and communicate using two-way radios.
