We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing engineering and Windchill PLM . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, configuring PLM solutions, supporting engineering change processes, and improving production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, production layouts, tooling, equipment, machining, material handling, and assembly processes.
• Analyze manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop and maintain processes focused on process capability, quality, and productivity.
• Configure and support Windchill PLM solutions, including workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and integrations.
• Support integrations between PLM and ERP, CAD, and MES systems.
• Manage product data, engineering changes, and product lifecycle processes.
• Support Agile PLM and product data governance activities.
• Develop tooling and fabrication procedures and support equipment adaptations.
• Perform process testing, inspections, and validation activities.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
• Support manufacturing and PLM transformation projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Windchill PLM experience.
• Experience with Windchill configuration and implementation .
• Manufacturing process development and optimization experience.
• Experience with tooling, machining, equipment, and assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and Continuous Improvement .
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in North Haven, CT.
• Candidates must have work authorization that meets the position requirements; OPT candidates are not eligible .

• Windchill SME experience.
• PLM workflow, lifecycle, and attribute configuration.
• ERP/CAD/MES integrations.
• Agile PLM experience.
• Product Data Management and Engineering Change Management.
• Process validation and quality systems.
• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Project management or PLM transformation experience.
