Overview Demand Planner | Holt, MI Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities. Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate accurate predictions. Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust based on performance and market changes. Identify and communicate potential supply chain risks or opportunities. Participate in S&OP meetings to present forecasts and reconcile demand with supply. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
