Location: Garden City, Kansas

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Flexible schedule with preferred hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Description: Join the team as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Garden City, Kansas, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and local attractions during your time off. The role involves providing support to physical therapists in various settings including Med Surg and Outpatient services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment and treatment of patients under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement treatment plans for rehabilitation, taking care of patient comfort and safety.
• Document patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• May float to other units as needed, including Med Surge and Outpatient services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: No specific experience level is preferred for this position.
