A growing mobile diagnostic company is seeking an experienced Part-Time Mobile X-Ray Technologist to provide on-site imaging services across nursing facilities throughout Liberty and the surrounding Catskills region.

This role offers flexible part-time hours while maintaining independence and autonomy. It is ideal for technologists who enjoy working independently while delivering high-quality imaging services directly to patients in long-term care settings.

About the Role

Technologists travel facility-to-facility using company-provided equipment to perform primarily portable X-ray examinations in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. This position offers a predictable workflow, flexibility, and strong operational support while allowing technologists to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform portable X-ray exams in nursing homes and long-term care facilities
• Travel between multiple facilities throughout the Liberty coverage area
• Ensure accurate imaging, proper patient positioning, and adherence to safety standards
• Complete documentation and ensure timely submission of imaging studies
• Maintain equipment readiness and follow company protocols
• Provide professional and compassionate care to patients in facility settings
• Communicate effectively with facility staff and internal team members

Qualifications

• Active Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification (required)
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (required)
• Current Radiologic Technologist certification in good standing
• Portable X-ray or clinical radiology experience preferred
• Comfortable driving throughout Liberty and surrounding communities
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule efficiently
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
