Drive creator growth at scale leveraging various approaches: affiliate program, championships, trainings, agency collaboration, etc.- Scale high quality content and creators. Leverage the platform’s services to scale quality creator and content supply.- Enhance the creator experience, streamline operational processes, and ensure seamless program execution with various cross function teams.Minimum Qualification(s)- Experience in content, creator management, e-Commerce or relevant field- Experience with successfully driving initiatives independently while effectively working with diverse cross-functional teams.- Data-driven and structured thinker, combining analytical rigor with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals.Preferred Qualification(s)- A deep understanding of the EU e-Commerce landscape is highly desirable.- Fast learner, proactive, and resilient, able to perform and excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Req ID: A59111A
