Job Description:
A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) cares for patients who are critically ill but stable enough to be outside the ICU. They monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex equipment. PCU RNs collaborate with healthcare teams to provide intermediate-level care. Strong clinical judgment and rapid response skills are key in this role.
