As a Sales Associate, you play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and well organized store environment while supporting daily operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure the store's appearance meets company standards by keeping all areas clean, including restrooms, shelves, coolers, and floors.
Customer Interaction & Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a Customer First attitude, assisting shoppers and providing a positive experience.
Sales & Merchandising: Follow guidance from store leadership to optimize sales, implement merchandising programs, and provide valuable feedback to enhance store performance.
Operational Duties: Handle essential daily tasks such as stocking shelves, brewing coffee, managing registers, taking out trash, and maintaining inventory control.
Compliance & Security: Adhere to company policies, governmental regulations, and security protocols to safeguard store assets, including cash and inventory.

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to uphold brand standards and support company growth.
Flexibility in duties, as responsibilities may evolve over time.
