We Are Hiring Location: Murfreesboro, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Department: Magnetic Resonance Imaging Schedule: Full-time | Days What You Will Do Capture high-fidelity cross-sectional images using advanced scanning technology to provide physicians with the critical data needed for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Lead the patient experience through comprehensive pre-screening and education, ensuring every individual feels safe, informed, and correctly positioned for optimal results. Champion clinical safety and data integrity by maintaining rigorous radiation protocols and ensuring the seamless transfer of high-quality diagnostic records to the care team. Optimize departmental excellence by monitoring equipment performance and maintaining a clinical environment that reflects the highest standards of safety and organization. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
